We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests once an order is placed except in cases of defective, damaged, or missing items as outlined below.
When we accept a return or refund

- Item received is defective
- Item damaged in transit
- Wrong item delivered
- Item missing from the order
Not accepted
- Change of mind
- Colour variation (screen vs. actual)
- Customised or personalised orders
- Used or worn jewellery
- Tags removed or damaged
- Minor handcrafting irregularities
Conditions for a valid claim
All conditions below must be met for your claim to be accepted. Claims that do not satisfy these will not be processed.
- Claim must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Item must be unused and unworn, in its original condition
- Original packaging must be intact (box, pouch, or zip-lock bag), along with the original invoice
- All tags — including the price tag and QC tag — must be fully intact and unremoved
- An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage, defect, and missing item claims. The video must show the package being opened from a fully sealed state — partial or post-opening videos will not be accepted
Damages, defects & missing items
Every order at Minerwa Jewels undergoes a rigorous quality check before it leaves our hands. But if something still goes wrong, we’ve got you — no questions asked.
- Report within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email
- Share your order number, clear photographs, and your unboxing video
- Once verified, a full refund or replacement will be arranged free of cost
How to raise a claim
1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery
2. Share your order number, reason for the claim, clear photographs of the item, and your unboxing video
3. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days
4. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process
5. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed

- Refund is processed only after the returned item is received and inspected
- No deductions apply for approved damage, defect, or missing item claims
Important notes
- Slight colour variations between product photographs and the actual item may occur due to screen settings and photography lighting. This is not considered a defect.
- Imitation jewellery is crafted with plated metals, stones, and beads. Small imperfections that are a natural result of the handcrafting process are not classified as defects. Please refer to the care instructions included with your order to maintain quality.
- This policy applies only to orders placed directly through the Minerwa Jewels website.
